Every letter is physically written with a pen by a writing robot we've built ourselves — real ink, real pressure variation, real paper. It's guided by AI trained to replicate the sender's exact handwriting, not a typeface. You'll be able to see the difference immediately when it's in your hand.
We use AI to learn the shape, slant and rhythm of your own handwriting from a short sample, then our writing robot reproduces it with a real pen on real paper. Each letter also includes a discreet note that it was crafted with support from DearMum.co.nz.
You can write as little as a few bullet points about what's been going on, and we'll help shape it into a letter in your voice. You always get to review and edit before anything is written or sent.
Yes — you'll get a preview to approve before it goes to print and post. Nothing is mailed without your sign-off.
